C.E.S. was called to a reported head-on collision on Tustemena Lake Road about 1.5 miles from the Sterling Highway in March 2007. "A" shift Firefighters arrived on scene to find three patients, two of which needed to be extricated from their vehicles.

C.E.S. responded with Medic 1, Rescue 1, Medic 4 and Medic 3, plus additional personnel.
