At about 1:25 AM, July 31, C.E.S. received reports of a fire on Lakeshore Road, near Longmere Lake. On arrival, Engine 3 reported a fully involved car fire with no threat to surrounding homes or woodlands.

C.E.S. responded with Engine 3, Tanker 1 and Brush 3. The fire was knocked down and crews left the scene within an hour of arrival.
