It's not all seriousness around the C.E.S. area! Assistant Chief Orth is also a pyrotechnician and oversees the local fireworks shows. Every year at the end of the Peninsula Winter Games, the folks in the area are treated to a fireworks show at the Soldotna Sports Center.
